At Majestic Book House, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

 

What is your return window?

 

You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return for an eligible item.

However, to help us resolve the issue quickly, please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us of any damage, defects, or wrong items within 72 hours (3 days) of receiving it.

 

What items are eligible for a return?

 

We accept returns for items that are:

  • Damaged in transit.

  • Defective (e.g., have printing errors, missing pages, etc.).

  • Incorrect (the wrong book was delivered to you).

To be eligible, the item must be in the same unused condition that you received it, with its original packaging.

Please note: We do not accept returns for a change of mind.

 

How do I start a return?

 

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [Your Customer Support Email] within the return window. Please include your Order Number and a clear description of the issue.

  2. Provide Proof: Attach clear photos or a short video of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item. This helps us verify the issue quickly.

  3. Await Instructions: Our team will review your request. If approved, we will guide you on the return shipping process. In some locations, we may arrange for a reverse pickup. If this service is unavailable in your area, we may request you to ship the product back to us via a local courier.

 

What happens after my return is received? (Replacement or Refund)

 

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your request. You can choose one of the following options:

  • Replacement: We will send you a brand-new, identical copy of the book at no extra cost.

    • What if the book is out of stock? If an exact replacement is not available, we will issue you a full refund. We will not send you an alternative product you did not order. 👍

  • Full Refund: If you prefer, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after the return has been processed.

 

What is your order cancellation policy?

 

You can cancel your order for a refund at any time before it has been shipped.

Please note that all pre-shipment cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value. The remaining 90% will be refunded to you within 10 working days. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
